Rachel Cook, Founder and CEO, she is a former Futures/Equities Trader who became interested in microfinance after reading a Nicholas Kristof op-ed in The New York Times in 2009. From there, she put together a crew to make a documentary film about global microfinance, The Microlending Film Project, and in doing so conducted the research that led to her awareness of the challenges within the industry, and the solution this start-up idea presents.
Allison Baum, a 2009 Harvard graduate and former Goldman Sachs employee, recently left her post to join the startup world and is overseeing domestic initiatives for Seeds.
Amanda Wixted, the former Tech Lead of Zynga's iOS Team.
